Epsom Personal Training clients (and readers too if you so wish) metabolic conditioning workout for the week:

Hang Power Snatch x20 (30kg/10kg)

Sit ups x20

Hang Power Clean and Press anyhow x 20 (40kg/20kg)

Squats x20

Three rounds through as fast as possible…..times will be smashed!
