This weeks little challenge going on at Epsom Personal Training is as follows;

Deadlift (bw/half bw)  x 15

Dip (bw / half) x 15

Row 200m (L10/L5)

DB Push Press (half bw / quarter bw)

3 rounds through as fast as you can in safe technique. Fastest times wins…obviously.
