Just what is Fast Fitness? It is a workout that trims the fat out of a traditional exercise programme. It takes the fluff and “chat” periods and throws them out the window.

Anything that doesn’t contribute to results is dropped. Crunches, who needs crunches when you kickbox…. swiss balls, what for? Balance is skill specific and is actually easier on your muscles. Easier is not the path the fitness.

As a Personal Trainer (based in Epsom) it is my mission and duty to not sell out on you just to look good and go with the trend. Any personal trainer that doesn’t fully test and produce relative results with a method they are having you perform is wasting your time and doesn’t deserve your money.

And just what do I mean by relative results. I mean that learning to balance or squat on a ball when 2 weeks previously you couldn’t is great but is it relative your goals – did you lose fat because of this silly ball balancing trick or could you have lost more from interval rowing or squatting? Think about it,gimmicks are not worth your money.
