		<description>Basically means that people expect exercise to be made fun for them. Perhaps they should just accept that it may not be fun, it will be hard. If they want to fully appreciate the body they have and use to it&#039;s fullest capacity then it is a essential part of life.:)</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve used a few personal trainers but as soon as I hired Richard many years ago, I realised how sedate and set in their ways the previous trainers were. Richard not only has a regime to suit everybody, he uses methods which will push your body to new heights whether you&#039;re aiming to get that great physic or actually want to get healthy. Whatever your goal Richard has it covered. In the top attributes section it asked me to choose 3 that described him best. It took me ages to pick them as to be perfectly honest you could tick all of them. You will never find a more dedicated and passionate trainer and best of all you actually get results!
