There is so much research out there in the world showing what is the best way to lose fat, build muscle get fit etc. But one thign you rarely hear spoke about is the fact that you must do more work, within the same time frame, or the same with in a smaller time frame,to improve.
Regardless of what your goal is, you should always strive to get your body to do more.
Why would your body change if you never ask it to?
