After listening to feedback from clients I have decided to add a section the site showing the X-Training (cross training - similar to the USA favourite “Crossfit”) that we carry out here in the Epsom Personal Training facility.
A large number of people find that training can get a little repetitive, if not boring, at times. So with that in mind we utilise a combination of varying exercises from running to gymnastic rings in a frequently changing order with awesome results.
