Richard

Training himself and hundreds of clients over the past 15 years has seen Richard grow his experience and knowledge base at a rate of knots. First inspired to study muscular rehabilitation at the age of fifteen after surviving bone cancer he has consistently researched and tested a multitude of methods.

A little bit of cardio fun

Naturally athletic and agile Richard played a variety of sports to county level for school before his sporting career was stopped short by cancer. Not to let such things hold him back he has surpassed all the medical communities expectations and restrictions despite a massive proximal tibial implant.

Richard's knee,shin and thigh

A regular off road motorcyclist that dabbles in martial arts, gymnastics and powerlifting which helps keeps him strong, fit and capable.

Richard and his ongoing medical team are certain that it is his ability to continually strengthen the muscles of his body that allows him to recover quickly from regular surgeries, fight off the on-set of scoliosis and live as actively as he does.

A deadlift PR

Arctic explorers, Tri-athletes, Rugby players, Cyclists, Climbers, Martial artists and Show Jumpers are just some of the athletes he has helped and will continue to learn from them and pass that experience to those he strengthens in the future.
