What is the 8 Week Workout Transformation and is it for me?
The eight week transformation course is a period of focused training and dietary changes where you undertake intense workouts that require your dedication and motivation.
We'll work together up to three days per week and I'll be available to you on the phone to answer your questions and support you every step of the way.
The major factor in body composition alterations is dietary control, without it your results will suffer. So with that in mind I have put together a simple and easy to follow eating plan called "Eat This, Lose Weight".
There is nothing magical about my diet plan and I'd be lying if I said there was. Any diet you stick to that has adequate amounts of the right nutrients will work. You are free to follow which ever diet you please but you will need to follow one for the 8 Week Transformation Course to work. Mine works as do many others. Chose one and stick to it.
Our training together will be cutting edge, tailored to you and will get you in the best shape you can be in. No question about that.
Your current training status is not an issue; everyone can benefit from my training methods. All that is important is that you put in the effort, show up and be consistent.
Remember though: If you start as a rank beginner then be aware that you'll not end up as a high performing athlete or cover model in 8 weeks, however, you will be an improved version of yourself that looks, feels and performs on a higher level!
