Why one hour rather than the 30 minute sessions and what do they include?
One hour training sessions cover all aspects of a general physical preparation programme from strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, endurance, power and well being.
A total package for those who have a little more free time and want to not only feel and look better but want to learn new physical skills.
With the longer sessions we can focus on more complex movement patterns that require greater durations to become competent in, such as:
Olympic lifting techniques, advanced kettlebell work and perhaps even some kick boxing and boxing if that tickles your fancy....kick boxing is an amazing stress buster!
A typical session structure will look something like this:
Warm up and mobility work 10 minutes
Skill practice 10- 15 minutes
Strength work 20 minutes
Cardio and metabolic conditioning workout 10 minutes
Cool down 5 - 10 minutes
Is all this needed for health and fitness? No. Is it fun and confidence inspiring, hell yes!
