All this has to be done within a sensible time frame. No one wants to be working out all day for hours on end (the volume of work would be too much and cause overuse problems). Set your self a period of time, you will train with 30 minute windows here at Epsom Personal Training; and then aim to work harder in that time frame, do more work within that window.
