Simple, obvious but often over looked when exercise is concerned;

 

Workout consistently, with dedication

Work harder, not longer

Divorce your relationship with sugar - it kills

Use your entire body each time you workout - its a whole not a part

Just because a food label tells you it's "healthy" or "reduced" something, doesn't actually mean anything - they want your money, not your health

Work harder, not longer - yes it needs repeating

Food labelling regulations are a joke - if its man made, doesn't perish within a week or so then its likely pretty full of chemicals and bad for you. Boring but true.

Oh did it get mentioned....work harder, not longer

Drink water, lots of it, more than you do now - you know 3 cups of coffee doesn't constitute a healthy fluid intake

Your body works in cycles, don't beat yourself up if you have a bad performance, the next one will be better
