It’s been a fitness lifetime since we had an early morning Epsom indoor bootcamp session and now we return!
I have secured an indoors location…in Epsom…wait for it…with parking!
Nope I am not done yet…it gets better…we have sole use of the facility too…amazing I know:)

Provided enough of you are as excited about this as I am then we will start on Monday the 9th of November through to Friday 18th of December as usual each Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 06:00 and 06:30 for half an hour of high intensity, full body fat burning, muscle building exercise.
