“I’m very happy to recommend Richard. I started off doing Boot Camps in a small group of 3 people. More recently I have a 1:1 personal training session with Richard once a week. I’ve always had good endurance/stamina, but it’s only in the last couple of years (I’m now 50) that I’ve ‘discovered’ strength ‘stuff’. Richard and I agreed a set of specific exercises – a mixture of bodyweight and using weights, a training plan and some goals. With his help I’ve been able to see some really significant improvements.
