I thought I’d have a play with weighted pistol one legged squats last week and am certain I can get double 24k kettlebells with a little effort.
The session went like this:
bodyweight x 1
16kg x 1
20kg x 1
24kg x 1
32kg x 1
40kg x 1
44kg x 1 but it was messy so I didn’t count it.
Took all of about 10 minutes to run through that.
Ouch
