When I Personal Train people here in Epsom at Hams Fitness I usually help people lose excessive body fat.
I hear a lot of the time how hard it is and between myself and my clients, we have to disagree.
As a showcase of what we do here at Hams Fitness with my Personal Training clients I have been on a fat loss experiment since the 16th March 2010 to see how “hard” it really was (never having been overweight I had never been on a fat loss diet,until now).
My experiment is due to come to an end on the 16th May 2010. A 2 month period where fat loss was my main focus. With that in mind understand that I haven’t spent more than one hour per week working out and have enjoyed food still with little discomfort experienced from hunger….all will be revealed in more detail soon…
