Salmon Fillet and Vegetables (25-30g protein)
Wrap a salmon fillet in foil with chopped peppers, mushrooms and asparagus, sprinkle a teaspoon of olive oil and add a dash of piri piri sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Pop in the oven for 20 -30 minutes.
