Samantha came here to Epsom for Personal Training and lost 9.8k/21.56lbs
9.8kg weight loss is a great amount to lose and she worked hard to get there!
Workouts were basic and hard, including weight lifting movements such as squats, deadlifts, chin ups and press ups to help tone the muscles with no fear of getting bulky (you can’t get bulky on a weight loss diet).
We also trained with kickboxing too as you may have seen in previous videos. This replaced traditional cardio and works great for stress relief and confidence building.
