Here is a little look at a Edwina and her Lower Body Training
Included are Romanian Deadlift which we use to target the hamstrings, glutes and erectus spinae (statically), hip belt squats for thighs and glutes again without the lower back strain and finally some one legged calf raises to help protect the knee a little further.
Edwina has made splash on to the triathlon scene earlier this year with and 8th and 3rd place finish…more to come next year from this machine of a trainer. It is my pleasure to be her Personal Trainer. Thanks Ed
