#LeanerAugust Week One Weight Loss - Epsom Personal Trainer

#LeanerAugust has completed one full week

 

and you better believe it has been a huge weight loss week this week here in Epsom!

 

As you’ll know from my previous post I had dropped my daily calories to my Basal Metabolic Rate to ensure I am consume less calories than I burn.

 

 

Oh I sure did! After just one week I managed to drop from 96.1kg down to a scary 91.3. Yes, you read that right, 4.8kg in 7 days from eating BMR level calories.

I am not saying that was smart, simply possible.

 

 

The second week of #LeanerAugust will see me up my calorie intake to 2500 per day and we’ll see where that takes us at the end of week 2!
