Release the air from your lungs
Suck in your belly button/stomach as hard as you can
Hold for a few seconds…repeat
Just get used to the feeling and then you can pull your stomach in and out all day long without anyone noticing AND you’ll teach your internal muscles to stay tighter thus giving the appearance of a flatter stomach!
