One hour training sessions cover all aspects of a general physical preparation programme from strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, endurance, power and well being.

A total fitness taining package for those who have a little more free time and want to not only feel and look better but want to learn new physical skills.

With the longer sessions we can focus on more complex movement patterns and are able to focus on a complete approach to your fitness from flexibility to strength.

Olympic lifting techniques, advanced kettlebell work and perhaps even some kick boxing and boxing if that tickles your fancy….it’s an amazing stress buster my personal choice for cardiovascular and respiratory exercise…pssst I hate the treadmill!

A Personal Training session structure may look something like this:

  • Warm up and mobility work 10 minutes
  • Skill practice 10 – 15 minutes
  • Strength work 20 – 30 minutes
  • Cardio and metabolic conditioning workout 10 minutes
  • Flexibility training where needed 10 minutes
